EuroRating - transparency report

EuroRating, as a credit rating agency registered in the European Union in the years 2014-2024 and subject to the supervision of the European Securities and Markets Authority – ESMA, in accordance to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 1060/2009 of 16 September 2009 on rating agencies (as further amended), was obliged to publish annual transparency reports of the rating activity, prepared pursuant to the rules defined in Article 12 and Part III of Section E of Appendix I of the Regulation.
