Information on potential or existing conflicts of interest

Pursuant to rules in place at EuroRating in regard to avoidance, identification, disclosure, elimination and managing conflicts of interest, EuroRating discloses and publishes on its website information about any existing (or potentially perceived as existing) conflicts of interest, which may potentially affect the rating activity conducted by the agency.

The policy of EuroRating in the area of transparency and disclosure of potential conflicts of interest also foresees a publication of a list of rated entities, from which EuroRating generates over 5% of annual sales.

The rating activity is carried out at the company's seat i.e. in Warsaw (Poland). EuroRating does not outsource any tasks relating to the rating process to any external entities; issuance and verification of credit ratings is conducted in full by rating analysts employed at the agency.
