Ancillary services provided by EuroRating

The basic type of activity conducted by the EuroRating credit rating agency is issuance and publication of credit ratings.

On request of clients, EuroRating may also execute ancillary services. These include:

  • carrying out economic and financial analyses of companies

  • issuing non-public opinions concerning credit risk of companies and financial institutions

  • determining recommended market credit spreads for corporate bonds issues

  • preparing valuations of companies

  • preparing transfer pricing documentation.

The rating activity and ancillary services are conducted in observance of rules concerning avoidance of potential conflicts of interest, which could affect the quality and reliability of ratings issued by EuroRating.
