EuroRating has terminated conducting the credit risk assessment of senior secured bonds denominated in GBP (ISIN IE00BL84C823) issued by the company TVR Finance Ltd (United Kingdom) via the bond issuance programme of Audacia Capital (Ireland) PLC and has withdrawn the BB- solicited public credit rating assigned to the bonds. The credit rating has been withdrawn due to expiration of the contract with the rated entity.
