Ancillary services provided by EuroRating
The basic type of activity conducted by the EuroRating credit rating agency is issuance and publication of credit ratings.
On request of clients, EuroRating may also execute ancillary services. These include:
carrying out economic and financial analyses of companies
issuing non-public opinions concerning credit risk of companies and financial institutions
preparing transfer pricing documentations
preparing valuations of companies.
The rating activity and ancillary services are conducted within functionally separate organizational structures of the agency, in observance of rules concerning avoidance of potential conflicts of interest, which could affect the quality and reliability of ratings issued by EuroRating.
To avoid potential conflicts of interest, EuroRating has a rule in place according to which EuroRating does not provide any other services against charge to entities, to which it assigns credit ratings (this also applies to unsolicited ratings).
