Using EuroRating's website does not require registration, providing personal data or logging in. Personal data provided to us (such as: name, e-mail address, company name, company address, telephone number etc.) may be needed to e.g. contact you or put you on the mailing list of recipients of messages concerning ratings assigned by EuroRating.
In addition, non-personal data such as domain name, IP address or type of browser etc. may also be collected via our website. Such data may be used to analyse statistics concerning the website maintained by EuroRating and to optimize the functioning of our website.

EuroRating uses collected personal data for own needs only (such as building the database of clients, sending messages or information bulletins, identification of market needs of users, development of products etc.).
We do not share, licence or sell personal data collected in relation to our website. Collected data may be provided, in special cases, only to: legal successors or potential legal successors of EuroRating's business, or independent contractors engaged to perform orders for us or on our behalf in relation with tasks requested by our clients.
