EuroRating revised the credit rating of the bank Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. The rating was affirmed at BBB with a stable outlook.

On 6 May 2015 EuroRating ended providing a credit rating for the bank BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and withdrawed  the rating assigned for the bank.

The withdrawal of the rating assigned for BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (hitherto BBB with a negative outlook) is connected with a finalization of the merger of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (bank taken over) with Bank BGŻ S.A. (acquiring bank). Accordingly, the bank taken over formally no longer exist.

At the same time, because the acquiring bank (Bank BGŻ S.A.) after the merger changed its name to Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., the unsolicited credit rating previously assigned for Bank BGŻ S.A. (currently BBB with a stable outlook) is continued and it becomes the credit rating for the bank under its new name Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A.
