dr Miroslaw Bajda – President of the Management Board

PhD in Economics of Warsaw School of Economics. A graduate of the three-year doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance of Warsaw School of Economics and master’s studies at the Management Faculty of the University of Economics in Poznan (specialization: capital investments and financial strategies of enterprises). He completed numerous professional trainings, including courses for investment advisers and securities analysts.

Active participant of the capital market since 1992. He has over twenty five years of professional experience obtained in international financial institutions. Since 2007, he manages the EuroRating credit rating agency.

Specialist in the area of credit risk, financial analysis and companies valuation. Member of PRMIA (Professional Risk Manager’s International Association). Author or articles, market comments and scientific publications concerning credit risk of companies and banks. Host and lecturer of numerous trainings and conferences on credit risk of companies and financial institutions as well as dedicated to the corporate bonds market. Since 2009, a lecturer of fundamental analysis during a cyclical course for equity analysts.

Supervisory Board

Liliana Teresa Bajda – Chairperson of the Supervisory Board

Licenced statutory auditor of financial statements (licence number 4875); specialist in accounting, financial reporting, financial audit and tax. She has almost forty years of professional experience obtained, amongst others, as a chief accountant, management board member, and member of supervisory boards of several companies. Since 1991, she is running a consulting and accounting company EMBIKO, providing services in the area of accounting, tax advice, consulting and audit of financial statements for Polish and foreign companies.
 

Tycjan Bielecki – independent member of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of master’s studies of the Warsaw School of Economics. Manager with 18 years of experience in international management, gained in leading financial market organizations, in the areas of credit risk and the development of credit activity and innovations.

In 1999-2000 he worked as a regional analyst for new strategic projects at the European headquarters of the holding company Textron Ltd (London). In 2001-2007 he was employed at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (Citigroup) performing functions from Management Associate to Structured Trade Finance Product Director.

In 2007-2009 he worked for Moody’s Investors Service in the area of ​​credit rating products in the EMEA region, including responsibility for supervising ratings for structured products in the Central and Eastern Europe region (16 countries). He was also a co-ordinator of the cooperation of the credit rating agency with the Midroog subsidiary.

Since 2009 he has been working within the structures of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. as director of a number of departments within the credit risk area, responsible for risk management of models (construction and validation), implementation, certification and ongoing support of advanced capital requirement methods, the process of measuring portfolio impairment, integrated risk assessment, as well as stress tests. His tasks also include bank supervision over control and certification processes carried out by banking sector supervision authorities (KNF, BaFin, ECB). He also performed supervisory functions over M&A processes conducted by the Deutsche Bank group.
 

Jakub Ziemba – independent member of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of master’s studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, as well as American Law Studies organized in Warsaw by the Florida University (USA). He completed an judge apprenticeship and passed the judge exam. Since 2011 entered on the list of an attorney-at-law by the Warsaw Bar Association. Lecturer at the Compliance Academy at the Lazarski University in Warsaw.

In 2005-2007, he worked in the legal department of mBank (formerly BRE Bank)and then at HSBC Bank Poland. In 2011-2013 he cooperated as a lawyer with Bank BGZ (Rabobank Group) and SEB Bank Poland. His experience is also related to the cooperation with the British law firm Bird & Bird. Between 2013 and 2017 he was the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department at Postal Life & Non-Life Insurance Companies. In 2018-2022 General Counsel of of Allianz Group in Poland.
